Workflows

Tibco Cloud Metadata (TDCM) include a feature which is called workflow.
A workflow is a step by step process in which multiple users can be engaged.

In TCMD you have two generic workflows for record creation and record update. This allows you to activate the step by step process to control a record creation/update. This is helpful to keep data integrity.
For example, in a creation workflow, the new record will be created in another temporary dataspace to keep your data point of truth. During the workflow, another user (different from the one who have created the record) will control the record creation and validate it if everything is well filled. The validation will merge the new record creation in the data point of truth.
